History/Biography
BOXCAR is the vehicle in which singer / songwriter Tim Chapman gets his music from his head to the ears of the people. Surrounded by a cast of seasoned players and a batch of strong original songs, Tim and company were nominated for an Orange County Music Award in the Classic Rock category in 2004. Though 'classic rock' is a bit of a misnomer due to the bands 'current' sound, with their classic tones and influences, it's easy to see why they were nominated in that category.
