Pure Fucking Death Metal!!!!! Damn, Mortem is a band that certainly knows what Death Metal is all about!!! This band amazed me with their first full length "Demon Tales" but this new album is fucking amazing and tops their last release, which should be the way with all bands. "The Devil Speaks In Tongues" contains 12 tracks of nothing but intense, brutal, and hurtful Death Metal!! This album is so good it should be owned by everyone who listens to Death Metal, surely to become one of the best Death Metal albums to ever be released, it starts off brutal and heavy and ends the same damn way!!! This is also a band that has been together since '86 and since I'm in contact with Fernan I can say this band is totally dedicated to the art of Death Metal in every way! Some of the track titles for this album are "Summoned To Hell", "The Devil Speaks In Tongues", "Posthumous Magic", "Zombie Plague", and "Moon of Cannibalism." | | Posted on Jan 30, 2007 @6:18 PM | Rating: 10 / 10 | I got the new release "Devoted To Evil" on last January 19th 2007 at the Inquisition gig here in Germany, then back at home I was blasted for their music and demonic attitude once again, this new Mini LP is really AWESOME! Amduscias (Mortem's drummer) really plays their instrument fast as hell, 6 hymns of the cult of death are featured on it, a MUST if you're considered a Mortem's maniac dude.
