Saline is a five piece band who make their home and their music in Pennsylvania. Their latest release is entitled Less Of Me and is filled with some great hooks, infectious sound and a rock solid message. Less Of Me is filled with both rockers and piano laced ballads. The Cd kicks off with a great little rocker "Another Day" which sounds like a combination of Kutless meets 3 Doors Down. I'd have to choose "Another Day" as my favorite track not only because the song totally kicks but the message is there. Speaking of messages "Less Of Me" doesn't lack in this category, there are no punches pulled here. Pure unabashed Christian lyrics which are very thought provoking and will open your eyes to the glory you will have with a relationship with Jesus Christ. Plenty of good music on this Cd with solid rockers such as "The Answer" and "Back To You" which are infectious enoughto grab your attention and then stick in your head for the rest of the day at work (been there done that).... | "Less Of Me finds Saline crafting ten original songs, all of which have incredibly catchy hooks and will no doubt appeal to many listeners. Most of these tracks are upbeat with a rock edge, though there are exceptions to the case thanks to the ballads – such as two piano-based songs, "All I Ever Wanted" and "Hymn." There's even a song that has a country-esque influence ("Less Of Me"). Lyrically the band accomplishes what they set out to do – provide positive music for their listeners. The songs on the album seem to be very well written and don't compromise quality."--Josh McConnell Renown Magazine
