Brief Description The Dictators meet the New York Dolls at the Bad Brains' house to play old Dickies, Blue Oyster Cult & Alice Cooper records.
History/Biography The original NYC punk geezers never went away! Wreck Creation began in 1976, when four buddies suffering together in a catholic high school found fun, sex & laughs in the then-new world of punk rock. Their racuous yet precise material was funny, thought-provoking, & musically tight as a crab's ass. Wreck Creation's refusal to compromise or conform to muscial/political trends insured that they would go nowhere....but they went there fast, loud & proud. The Dictators' Adny Shernoff pronounced them "great"...and that says it all. |
