Brief Description
We're a metal, kinda of punk twist, band from the Tohono O'odham Nation. We're a all Native American metal/punk band from the southern part of Arizona coming from the 2nd largest reservation in the US. S-cuk Gogs is in our Tohono O'odham(Papago/Pima) language, which means "Black Dog" in English. We play around our reservation to the cities, such as Tucson and Phoenix.
History/Biography
We started back in 2000 at my hosue in the main village of the Tohono O'odham Reservation, Sells.... It started with me and my pal, Richard Juan Jr, then we jammin' with a few drummer, but for the hell of it. We were asked if we wanted to play for a Anti-Christopher Columbus weekful of events. We then practice in a month time and got ready for 3 gigs in one week. We jammin' punk, music, and rarely some video game tunes now and then.... We jammed, then the bassist and drummer, at the time, left the bands. So other musicians join the bands to fill the spot... We're still around since then, so download/listen to a song and enjoy. |
