New Cd is out and makin waves. A host of songs that covers a few different genres. So it's hard to be placed in one. I placed it in Jazz as there is Jazz influences in some songs. Others are folk and one is a Gypsy tune so check it out and let me know what you think.

Hello my friends! I have a new band and a new attitude. The name of the band is appropriately Dave Greene...............Still the same geat music and variety of genres. Band consists of Bass, guitar and drums, and a Tenor sax player. New possibilities for all sorts of trouble and dance music. We are having a great time and are getting booked consintently because of it.

 Hey everyone..................I'm at it again....................Tom Oliver has chosen me to take over for him for the Weds. Night Open Mic Jam at the El dorado in Scottsdale AZ. down beat at 7:00opm until 11:00 pm. A quaint little place for sports, eats and live Music.  Hey great news folks a new CD is in the works I have 10 new tracks in production at the present time and 4 more yet to be recorded and ..............more on the way.
The creative juices are flowing again and can't wait to share it with you all. I have learned a great deal about life and how to live it right. I'm singing and sharing my experience, strength and hope with it. Messages of struggles overcoming drugs and alcohol and putting a life back together from a seemingly hopeless state of mind and body. Songs of hope; songs of love. songs of leaving something or someone that you love and knowing it's not good for you to stay in it or stay doing what you're doing but you do it any way. Songs about the pains of growing up. Stay tuned folks the message is on the way. Keep the Faith, Dave Greene

 This passed weekend, july 29th and 30th, proved to be a fantastic perfromance and we even met some new friends as well a seeing some old friends. The list gets bigger and better. | Billy bob's Steak house and Saloon. 2017 N. Scottsdale rd. Scottsdale Arizona 85257. A place with great people and good food and lots of music. I host an open mic there on Thurs. nights and this was the second night and it was a huge success. Bar was very happy with the turn out and the Players had a great time. I have 4 rules. #1 treat each other with dignity and respect. #2 15 minutes or 3 songs. which ever comes first. #3 If you're with a band your band members must all be present at the time your called up. #4 Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to all of you who showed up and helped to make this a huge success. Y'all come back now you hear!!!!!!!! |
