Slovenian Heavy Metal bend !
History/Biography
First try to make a bend goes to year 1999 ... Then two guys with not much things to do start playin in Mik - Mik's room. After a while first drumer join them. Seba was part of a patrol for less then a year ... Mik - Mik and Eastalk had to move on and find another one ... They decided to ask their good friend Dyz. It came down to cool line up ... friendly at least !! A lot of weed and beers made first cool songs, that are still on current line up's set list !! Dyz had a lot of work as a member of DUSK DELIGHT and he was starting his own band project NEGLIGENCE. So he had to leave this two guys behind ... Search for third in a row drumer was quite quick ... Grega joined band, but unfortunatly had problems with his knee ... so ... do you guess ?? No drumer again !! Meanwhile Mik Mik start to play bass guitar in NEGLIGENCE and band in one moment had just one member ... Eastalk.
It took two years more for Dawn Patrol to start up again ... Movin' to Ljubljana helped Eastalk to find Wuko and Anna ... (end of 2002). For the first time bend had complete rhytm section ... but now a guitarist was missin ... Not long after first rehearsals they found out about this great guitarist ... Decided to invite him in ... and he join the club !! Grega came and musician line up was complete !! Now only vocals have to be found ...
Seekin for the right voice, band didnt mind to play its premier gig at Kranj's old pool without it ... just instrumental ... Cool gig it was .. I believe a life long memory for all the guys and a girl ...
In 2004 band was still seekin for a vocalist and Grega start to work on his project and leave the gang ... So search was expanded to a guitar section too . Good music always finds someone who wants to play it and trio soon find great guitarist Jan which joined the patrol !!
On start of 2005 they've recorded a song for a Slovenian metal compilation and find it's voice in a guy that prime job is playing guitar in a band NEGLIGENCE ... Dyz !!! :) |
