Brief Description Muscular, intense original prog. Ugly guys playing ugly music in an ugly way. The 1980 release "Live At The Cleveland Agora" became some kind of cult classic in the late '80's & early '90's. Often fetching several hundred dollars per copy at record shows and collector shops. The "Splitting Ions" CD ranked # 26 in 1998 & # 48 in 1999 on the Global Progressive Rock Network's Top 100 albums of the year. The "Artifacts Of Passion" CD ranked #66 in the 2001 poll.
History/Biography Band founded in 1979, giged a lot around North-East Ohio area for a while. Released live album in 1980. Made attempt at world domination, got really tired. Decided to take a nap. Woke up 17 years later. Released CD of remastered live album with bonus tracks in 1998. Got attention of curious people world wide. Released 2nd CD in 2001. Got more attention. Released 3rd CD in 2004. The jury is still out on this one. |
