What if I forgot my password to log in?
Your password can be sent to the email address we have on file for you by going to the
forgotten password page.
What if I never received my confirmation email?
There are several reasons why this could happen. The most common reason is that you
may have misspelled your email address. To correct this problem,
change your email address here.
Another reason this could happen is that your ISP may identify emails from
AudioStreet.Net as spam. If you are a user of AOL,
Earthlink,
Hotmail,
Yahoo, or any other major ISP,
you should check your spam folder. If it still is not there, your ISP may not
allow emails in HTML format. If you chose the "Send email in HTML format" option
when you signed up, you must turn that option off so the email will not be blocked.
To request another copy of your confirmation email to be sent, go to the
confirmation email request page.
