For the uninitiated: this is MARK THE SKY… "We wanted a name that would express both who we are as a band and as individuals. Something that would articulate what we want to accomplish through writing music" - Rhys Beebe Music has existed since the beginning of time. It was created by God and has the power to draw people closer, inspire people to move forward, and bring peace and comfort to the people of the world… What you are about to experience is a movement, a catechism of sound and words spanning beyond the confines of this fragile earth… Meet MARK THE SKY, five unlikely friends united and gathered. Coming together in the winter of 2004, they set out to write melodic rock music with a heavy unique edge. Their influences range throughout the genres of punk rock, post hardcore and metal. Staying true to their beliefs they exist for one sole purpose… To create music that gives all glory and honor to the one who has sent them… …This is their mission.
