About Myself
Mis preferencias son el folk/viking metal y todo lo relacionado con paganismo y la naturaleza. Mis bandas favoritas son Blind Guardian (Nightfall in the Middle-Earth para fanaticos de Tolkien), Ensiferum, Moonsorrow, Thyrfing, Finntroll, Turisas, Elvenking, Equilibrium, Falchion, Empyrium, Asmegin , etc. De las bandas rusas que me gustan (Arkona, Pagan Reign, Butterfly Temple) Caprice es la 1º (muy recomendables los Elvenmusic 1, 2, y 3). De las bandas goticas y doom que escucho estan Lacrimas Profundere, Rain Fell Within, Witihin Temptation, Silentium, Ordo Funebris (con sus bandas asociadas son mas medievales) y de largo etc mas..... y en el black Nokturnal Mortum, Munruthel, Tvangeste, y en general cualquier banda que tenga a Tolkien o alguno de sus libros como tema, o que tenga influencias folkloricas o sinfonicas...esas seran de mi gusto. Hola compadre, sí, encuentro una wena banda Folkheim, hartas influencias finesas, pero un wen debut en general. Me encanta el paganismo y todo lo ligado con el culto a la naturaleza. Espero ke escuches mi trabajo tb a ver si te llama la atención... Si tienes algun dato de una wena banda nacional me lo haces saber, de bandas wenas de por akí me gusta Hertroetzen , Animus Mortis y los desaparecidos Notung...

I noticed a lot of the tunes you listen to are in the ambient/ dark noise vein. You should check out our song "Effigy" on my page. It's got some really cool soundscapes and is pretty experimental and dark.

Hola, el gusto de harte encontrado es mutuo, pues déjame te digo que te escribo desde la Ciudad de México, y me alegra conocerte, porque mencionas que te apasionan esos bellísimos géneros del metal (Folk y viking) al igual que a mí, y sabrás que es difícil encontrar personas gque gusten de éstos géneros de este lado del mundo que si bien estamos lejos, el idioma nos une; los discos que mencionas de Moonsorrow y Finntroll claro que los tengo, si no, no podría considerarme amante del género, De los otros grupos he oído cosas de Ensiferum, Turisas y Avathar, pero los demás no los he oído aún espero hacerlo pronto, yo te recomiendo a grupos de viking como Eluveitie (mis favoritos), Lumsk o Waylander, y si dices que te gusta Tolkien te puedo recomendar a los españoles Saurom Lamderth, algo (muy) fiesteros, pero de su temática; espero que leas este mensaje y te sea de algun provecho, pues nada más que desearte suerte y metal por siempre.

Gracias por tu gran post y disculpe la demora en responderle puesto que estuve muy ocupado ultimamente!
Claro las bandas que me mecionas son de gran interes, aunque estoy un poco mas metido en lo que son bandas alemanas como ZARATHUSTRA, PEST, etc!!! y de Sudamerica tengo harata consideracion y respeto por el trabajo de AMMIT (de tu pais Chile), GOAT SEMEN (Peru), MANITHOU (Colombia), etc...
Muy aparte admiro mucho todo lo que sea HEAVY METAL TRADICIONAL, THRASH METAL y DEATH METAL, generos que tocan mi alma!
Gloria y larga vida al metal extremo hecho en Sudamerica.
